2. Kindly forward the remita number (RRR) to kschstidah@gmail.com for payment verification. (note: please use personal and functional email to avoid stories)

3. Check your email to get password to access the form

4. Enter the password received at the bottom of the admissions page where “Enter Password” is written and click on Submit 

5. After which the link  to the form is revealed. Click on the link to access the form

6. Make sure your details are properly filled

7. Make sure to include JAMB 2026 registration number (COMPULSORY)

8. Click on submit button once form is filled. Forward the full name of candidate and a message requesting for ‘Acknowledgement Slip’ to 08078753887 (WHATSAPP only)

9. An acknowledgement slip will be sent to you.
