Welcome to the official student payment and registration guide. Whether you are an aspiring applicant, a newly admitted student, or a returning student, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth transaction and registration process.

1. Prospective/Returning Students: Click HERE. You will be automatically redirected to the Kogi State Central Billing System (KSCBS).
2. Identity Verification & Personal Details
• Click on “Generate Invoice” to begin.
• Enter your Phone Number and NIN (National Identity Number), then click Proceed.
• Provide your current Email Address, Residential Address, State of Residence, and LGA. Click Proceed.

3. Select Institution and Payment Category
• Select School Type: College.
• Select School: College of Health Science and Technology, Idah.
• Select Payment Type: Choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu:
o Admission Form (For new applicants).
o Acceptance Fee (For newly admitted students).
o School Fees / Tuition (For returning students).

4. Form Completion & Review
• For Admission Forms: Fill in the required details and upload a clear passport photograph.
• Review: Carefully preview all entered information to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
• Confirmation: Double-check that the Fee Type and Amount are correct.

5. Generate Invoice & Make Payment
• Click “Generate Invoice”. Your invoice will be displayed and a copy sent to your registered email.
• Payment Channels: You can pay using any of the following:
o Bank Branch: Pay at any commercial bank with your invoice (Remita, Paydirect, E-tranzact)
o Online: Use your Debit/credit Card or Bank Transfer (Beneficiary bank is Parkway ready cash or Parkway projects
o POS / Mobile Money: Visit any authorized agent or use a POS terminal.

6. Receipt Validation & Documentation
• After a successful transaction, return to the portal and click “Validate Receipt”.
• Enter your Invoice Number to confirm the payment.
• Download and print your official payment receipt for your records and school clearance.

• Accuracy: Ensure your email, phone number, and NIN are valid and active.
• Security: Keep your invoice and payment receipts safe for future reference.
• Verification: Always double-check all details before final invoice generation to avoid errors.
